Shipping and Handling

All artwork will be shipped via UPS Ground. International shipments will be shipped via DHL.

P.O. Box deliveries are not allowed.

Original artwork orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from purchase. For custom prints orders please allow a 8-12 business days for delivery.
All shipments include tracking and basic insurance coverage through the couriers provider for the cost of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once order has been dispatched, or after delivery to an address with signature release provided.

For lost package, or incorrect address delivery, please follow up with the courier with the tracking number provided. Courier's insurance should cover any damages while in transit.

International Shipments will be shipped with DHL. Recipient or purchaser is responsible for any import fees, taxes, tariffs, or other fees based on the laws and requirements recipients country.

Returns

No returns or exchanges on oil paint original artwork, all sales are final.
All prints are custom made to order, all sales are final.
In case of flawed or damaged artwork or print, a claim must be reported to geraldine@geraldineguivas.com within 7 days of delivery.
Any claim will be reviewed for approval or deny.
A decision will be issued and informed within 10 days from when the submission of the claim.
